We are pet-friendly! We welcome both cats and dogs!

Max 2 pets allowed per household. 
Monthly pet rent $40 per pet. 
One-time pet fee $300 per pet.
No pet deposit. 
50 pound weight limit for dogs. 
We do not allow exotic species or other types of pets.

Breed restrictions include but not limited to:
American Pit Bull Terrier, Bull Terrier, Staffordshire Terrier, American Staffordshire, Rottweiler, GermanShepherd, Siberian Husky, AlaskanMalamute, Doberman, Chow, Great Dane, St.Bernard, Akita, Presacanarios, Wolf hybrids & any mixtures of these breeds. List can change without notice.
